Packaging Area Upgrades

JBW Consulting Engineers provided professional services to support the Packaging and Warehouse Area Upgrades at a client’s plant. The project aimed to accommodate an anticipated increase in production output to over 100 million pounds annually by optimizing the plant layout, specifically in the packaging and storage areas.

JBW was tasked with designing and specifying equipment, including an overhead hoist system, roll tipper, and roll wrapper, to ensure efficient use of space and resources. The scope of work included site visits for field measurements and project coordination, as well as 2D modeling and general arrangement layout drawings for contractor and vendor bidding purposes.
