JBW provided a comprehensive Dust Hazard Analysis for our Ethanol Facility client in Wisconsin. The DHA included hundreds of pieces of equipment on the dry side of the facility.
We were able to identify multiple performance-based analyses to reduce the cost of complying with standards where it made mathematical sense. Other areas required prescriptive recommendations.
Our team also provided full design of the remediation items that were required as a result of the analysis, including venting, suppression, isolation, and other tactics. We were able to ensure a low cost compliance with NFPA 61 as the chief standard.
