Responsibilities

- Must have an entrepreneurial attitude and be willing to tackle different tasks as they arise.
- Work with a design team and individually on design projects.
- Use a variety of CAD software programs to create designs in 2D and 3D models.
- Provide accurate, detailed and to scale drawings.
- Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects and designers and make modifications to existing drawings.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in CAD drawings.
- Must be willing to work in daily collaboration with other JBW team members and a variety of industrial clients.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Actively pursuing an Associate’s degree in drafting and design, engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor, or other 3D CAD programs.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a cross-discipline organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
