Dry Areas Upgrade

JBW Consulting Engineers provided a professional services proposal for a project requiring structural engineering services. The client committed to supplying JBW with equipment drawings, loads needed for structural engineering, and any additional information necessary to complete the designs. Timely feedback and information were to be provided by the client, and all available data on existing equipment and buildings were to be made available, including drawings on the existing foundations. The proposal excluded ground-penetrating radar (GPR) for existing underground utilities or structures, as well as any 3D point cloud scanning, assuming the existing scans were current. Environmental engineering or permitting assistance was also not included.
