Baghouse Study

JBW Consulting Engineers conducted a study on Baghouse #2, which was not operating as desired, with the frequency of bag replacements remaining high despite the installation of the FCOS cyclone. The client requested JBW to perform a comprehensive analysis of the baghouse system. The scope of work included a site visit to obtain air test readings across the system and gather operational data from the field and personnel. JBW then developed a report summarizing the findings and provided recommendations for improving the baghouse's performance based on the information collected and their expertise with similar systems.
